Machineseeker Group Gmbh

I like to use machineseeker group a lot! Unused machined get a new life and purpose, which is great from economical and also ecological perspectiv. Usually replies are sent very fast, which is great and there is lot of potential on the market. Only downside, especially for machines with not too high value (below 10k€), it's sometimes annoying that prices are only up on request. It would safe lots of time for the seeker as well as for the seller if more prices are shown up front.

As an ex-user I feel the need to share my experience. Looking at effectiviness of this marketplace it is very good. 4 stars, easily. perhaps 5. Analyzing how the employees have approached me is however very disturbing. so 0 stars The way they have communicated with us is perhaps best explained as "next to narcissistic". My frustration started when I received an invoice that was almost double in value than I was used to pay. When I contacted them about this matter I was told that it is up to the user to check the account for announcements. I've never looked in my account as I wasn't even aware i had a account that had the ability to announce something. again, i'm an old user, it was never there. Also the previous time I was kindly notified by phone about a previous price raise. They claimed the priceincrease is announced in the account So I looked in my account and saw nothing. But it was there so they stated. Apart from the announcement that I've never seen, the contract is automatically extended which I also didn't really know. That was their answer, end of explanation! I was supposed to take it for granted. These are practices that EU lawmakers are trying to regulate, it's not without reason. These are nauseating practices. When I asked for a reduction in the number of advertisements, so I would pay the exact same amount as before, It was refused on the grounds of their general rules. Seems they have not yet heard there where is a will is a way. Take into acount I reacted 1 or perhaps 2 days after I received the new invoice. But I understand it's done purpose. And as all companies who use such everlasting contracts the invoice is always send the day AFTER the last day of your contracts ends. Period! They think this is smart. I think it´s underhanded. When I expressed my displeasure about this and that I was not willing to pay the last invoice, one Mr. began to threaten that my account had to be "removed" immediately. And I was also threatened that if I did not pay this last "increased" invoice immediately I would have to pay for the WHOLE year in one single time without being able to use any advertising at all. Further I was told their army of lawyers was ready to tackle us as defaulters. this mr. also told me that if I could not afford the new tariff I would have to wonder what I was doing on their prestigious marketplace, in his words, the best marketplace on earth. he said, we are not here at the pony club! Also he said, if you cannot effort the car, use the bus, or something like this. I explained him I was ready to take the bus but you guys don´t let me. I simply do not want to spend more money than I was used to and ready to accept less advertisements. I was overwhelmed by the self-righteousness display of power the man showed me. to make it even more sad, the guy told me he was very busy and had no time to speak to me any longer as he had a very busy schedule for new clients. okay, so an old client is not interesting for you to keep, but a new client is worth your precious time? Not sure what you learned at school, but I learned to cherish clients. not to demean them or threathen them. it's rediculous. Anyway.... Apart from whether it´s even possible to claim the yearly contribution without being able to use the service, It´s truly sad to understand that they think this is how clients are to be taken care off. It says a lot about what sort of people are behind this marketplace. as I said before, it smells narsisitic. But one postive thing I also have to say, they gave me the one time oportunity to leave. I was granded to leave. I´ve never been in prison or jail before, but assumingly they wanted to let me feel how it feels being relieved from jail. but pay first, or else! I was told I could use their presticous platform again after a year. So as you can see, they are very nice, reasonable and understanding people. But apart from what price they charge, I´m just not feeling very welcoming at all to come back.

Utterly disappointing, the way they handle my complain about a dodgy seller, (agrifon), who sold a lab extuder, which arrived a complete mess costing me , an extra £2500.00 to repair. Least they could do is to suspend the seller, until this matter is resolved. That is why Ebay and Amazon are great, Customer is always protected. They basically took the side of seller, despite seeing string of email, seller admitting the damage in transport. Now I have to go legal and take more cost in. I will not recommend their site, as it is hit and miss. They have no way of verifying their sellers, selling serious equipment.
